My name is Donora (Lutes) Gard. Many people call me “Dee” as it is a much easier name to remember. I currently live in Highland. I grew up in Highland and have lived here all but for 7 years. I have 3 step-children, 8 grandchildren and 4 dogs. I graduated from Purdue University, West Lafayette with a B.S. in General Management. I currently work in Casino Marketing and have for the past 14 years. I enjoy politics, watching sports, reading, watching movies and spending time with my family. On the weekends I open up my home to babysit dogs and children.

I started coming to Gloria Dei regularly with my Mother Clea after the passing of my step-father Russ McLeod in March 2009. I have felt so at home at Gloria Dei. The congregation has been wonderful and I so look forward to seeing everyone every week and being a part of this wonderful Church. I became an official member in November 2009. I now look forward to serving on the Council and helping to attain our Vision for 2010 and beyond.
